The value for money was excellent, with beautiful rooms and stunning grounds. The location, though a drive from town, was peaceful and surrounded by nature. The staff at this resort went above and beyond and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

It deserves its 5 stars. A walk-in shower in the large bathroom was super awesome. A small bar at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in San Ignacio. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the cloud 9 suite we stayed in was quiet and private. The location was fabulous, with beautiful views of the Macal River and the nearby hills. The restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including local Belizean dishes and vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were fortunate to see lots of colorful birds right outside the restaurant.
Almost perfect.

Best this vacation had to offer! The staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. The tropical plants and wildlife in the lush grounds are a sight to see. The river view from the restaurant was truly breathtaking. I loved relaxing in the hammocks on the yoga deck and canoeing. They also offer some amazing complementary facts, like a cozy room with a fireplace and great tours. The location simply couldn't be better.
Worst aspect was having to leave this paradise too soon!

Spent xmas at a jungle retreat and had a great time trying new adventures. The tours were very well organized and the guides were knowledgeable. The food was good, especially the homemade bread and fresh produce. The room was spacious with a tall ceiling and a nice view from the balcony.
Getting to the resort was stressful and expensive as the roads were rough, and transportation was limited. The absence of TVs, phone signal, and A/C was difficult to manage.

Had an amazing New Year's stay at a jungle resort in Belize. the complimentary packed lunches were huge and delicious, perfect for our daily excursions. the views from the balcony were stunning and we enjoyed being surrounded by nature. the location was ideal for us as it was far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still had everything we needed.
The lack of WiFi in the rooms made it difficult to plan our daily activities. the bumpy road was a bit of a hassle to navigate, but it was worth it for the secluded location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location right along the river in the jungle was absolutely stunning. The rooms had a jungle-tropical feel and the views from the fan-cooled rooms were spectacular. The attention to detail in providing amenities like a place to hang wet clothes and offering a breakfast option with stodgy bread for 14 USD really made the stay comfortable and convenient.
Everything was perfect.
